These Terms govern your use of Blood Trail: Deer Recovery Cam ("the App") published by Bulpara Inc ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to them.
1. What the App is
The App is a visual aid for following a blood trail. It highlights blood-coloured areas in the camera view, lets you pin finds with their location, shows your trail and points back to your last find, and exports trails as GPX files.
2. An aid, not a guarantee
- The App can miss blood — especially old or dried blood, very small or thin trails, blood on red or wet ground, in poor light, or at a distance — and can highlight things that are not blood, such as red leaves, berries or paint. Always check with your own eyes.
- GPS positions and compass headings can be off by several metres, more under tree cover.
- The Guide's notes on reading blood and waiting times are general, commonly shared hunting advice, not a diagnosis of any shot.
- Recovering game is your responsibility. Follow your state's or country's hunting regulations, including rules on tracking, trespass, tracking dogs, lights at night and firearms.
3. Your data
Your trails and snapshots are stored only on your device. We cannot recover data we never had.
4. Subscriptions
Blood Trail Pro is available as an auto-renewing monthly or annual subscription through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and not to reverse engineer, modify or redistribute it except as permitted by law.
6. Intellectual property
The App, including its design and code, is owned by Bulpara Inc.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bulpara Inc is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, for game that is not recovered, or for any decision made on the basis of information in the App.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
